Our gîte is an imaginative conversion of a barn and hayloft dating back to 1716; semi-detached and set on a pretty village street, it has a rear terrace and garden looking on to the village and mountains. The wooded mountains of the Parc Régional des Ballons des Vosges; the Route du Vin with its string of enchanting Alsatian villages nestled in vineyards; magnificent 15th-16th century quarters of Colmar; Sélestat and 12th-century church and ancient mansions; the Stork Nature Reserve (Parc des Cigognes); Strasbourg 37Kms away; the German border only 25km away.
Careful restoration and tasteful arrangement of furnishings have created an exceptionally inviting interior.
