This old restored wine farm in Charente near Jarnac and Cognac, is located in a small village , in a 2800 m2 garden entirely closed with hedges. Two living rooms, three rooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen. The three rooms looks on a 35m² living room with LCD television (satellite channel), Internet access (adsl), and looks on countryard and south-exposed terrace.
