Bellevue is a 17th Century manor house approached by a 500ft drive and set in private grounds of 6 acres surrounded by vineyards and rolling countryside right in the heart of Cognac country. Up until a decade ago it was an important Cognac distillery now privately owned by an English couple who have lived in the area for several years, Bellevue has been carefully renovated. Parts of the estate have now been sympathetically converted and restored to provide luxurious accommodation with a refined and contemporary décor which offers you a truly stylish and personalised welcome.

This old restored wine farm in Charente near Jarnac and Cognac, is located in a small village , in a 2800 m2 garden entirely closed with hedges. Two living rooms, three rooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen. The three rooms looks on a 35m² living room with LCD television (satellite channel), Internet access (adsl), and looks on countryard and south-exposed terrace. A big room of 60 m² includes a dining room corner with a big bay window and a living room corner with combi TV-video-DVD.Every living room is equipped with a 2 places sofa bed.Each of the 3 rooms includes a bed for 2 persons and a bed for 1 person, all equipped with Bultex bedclothes very comfortable (hotel norms). A big kitchen of 24 m ² is near the dinning room and opens on the courtyard. It is equipped with a traditional oven, with a microwaves oven, a dinnerware wash, a pressure cooker. The gîte includes two bathrooms and two independent toilets. A bathroom has a tub and an independent shower and the other has an Italian shower.There is a washing machine in the boiler room and a barbecue in the courtyard . The SWIMMING POOL is located behind the home, next to park with a big terrace on the perimeter, protected from the wind and from looks by a 2,5m hedge (possible nudism without problem).
