The castle, very important in XIIIème century, with ditches and drawbridge, built in 1204 by the Lord of Merdrignac, destroyed by the English at the time of the One hundred Year old war, was left with l' abandonment to be rebuilt in the form of manor at the XVIIème century on the remaining vestiges of l' time. L' medieval atmosphere of the rooms to the immense chimneys and beam of XIIIème century to mouths of dragon and l' more intimate aspect of XVIIème makes this beautiful residence cordial and single. The manor, surrounded d' a park is bordered of ditches forming walk, by which one reaches by beautiful rides.

They were renovated in a traditional way and exclusively with natural raw materials.The wall coatings made of cob and straw give them a warmfull atmosphere. The stones , the baked clay tiles and the wood partition walls contribute to a general feeling of harmony and kindness. In addition, the decoration made of spicy colors and the country furniture create a space dedicated to peace and rest.

With 2 well decorated double bedrooms with private ensuites we are ideally situated for you to discover the Cotes d'armor. There is plenty of parking in front and behind the house. The nearest beach is half an hour, Dinan is only 20 minutes away. It's 30 minutes to Dinard airport and the St Malo ferry is only 45 minutes away.
