Our spacious villa style house, formerly a girls school built in 1892 is located in the small village of Vallière. It affords space and privacy surrounded as it is by an extensive walled garden. The village is situated on the plateau of Millevaches some 12 kms from Aubusson. Tastefully furnished bedrooms are provided with every comfort. Five days a week you may enjoy our meals which are prepared using local and seasonal produce whenever possible. There is hardly any industry in the Creuse so one can still breathe clean fresh air. In addition to the peace and space of an unspoilt countryside there are much of interest to explore This is an ideal place for a relaxing holiday or as a stopover if you are travelling further.

Le Villard is a beautiful traditional old French farmhouse in the Creuse Limousin, the bed and breakfast (chambre d'hotes) is located between Gueret and Ahun. Gueret is a 10 minute drive, Aubusson 30 minutes and Ahun 5 minutes. We are located in the centre of the Creuse - ideal for exploring the area.

La Petite Aubaine: Bespoke Bed & Breakfast or Self-Catering Accommodation in the heart of central France. La Petite Aubaine is a fully self-contained part of an old restored farmhouse building that can sleep up to 6 people. A spacious family bedroom sleeps up to four people. There are also two sofa beds. The welcoming terrace with uninterrupted views over the countryside invites you to relax and watch the world go by while you enjoy the peaceful tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. You are free to chose either our B&B option (room with French breakfast for up to four people) or our demi-pension option (four-course dinner including wine for up to four people plus room and breakfast). With either of these options you can chose to eat in the main house (L'Aubaine) or have your meal served in La Petite Aubaine or outside on the terrace. If you chose the B&B option you are still welcome to use the kitchen in La Petite Aubaine to prepare a meal or use the barbecue area. The park garden is also at your disposal for picnics, lazy strolls or simply sitting and reading. La Petite Aubaine is a pet and smoke free zone. La Grande Maison is a large 19th century house in the centre of Chenerailles that has been renovated recently and decorated in the Art Deco style by the owners.It has been officially classified by Gites de France as "charming" and has been awarded 3 epis (ears of corn).

Wonderful views of the river and countryside from our rooms will certainly help to make your stay very relaxing. Also known as the "Lake District of France" artists, anglers, bird watchers, golfers, and photographers will all find something to satisfy their enthusiasm. Take a cycle, hike or horse ride around one of the many trails. You may like to visit the beautiful churches, the many historical monuments, chateaux, and exhibitions, or the activity parks in region if you have children. You really don’t have to go too far to find something to interest everyone.

We are pleased to welcome you in our 18th flour mill surrunded by its 14 hectares natural landscape. Come to this place where running water, wild country are omnipresent ! Everything here, in this part of central France, in Limousin, invites you to peace, rest, walks and gastronomic pleasures.

We have double bedroom called the Lady Hillington room named after one of our David Austin roses, it has beautiful soft furnishing and an en suite showerroom for 50 euros per night. Also the William Lobb family suite with super king bed and en suite bathroom. Again with beautiful furnishings. There is a connecting room that has two single beds, perfect for the children. this is 90 euros for the two rooms or just 60 euros for the super knig by its self. A cotbed is avaliable on request at 5 euros per night and evening meal by arrangement:-Aperitif, starter, main course, pudding, cheeseand 1/2 a bottle of wine at 25 euros per person, children under 14 eat for 10 euros each
