This totally renovated house, 100m from the closest beach and in the middle of the village, has a small front garden with table for eating outside. The ground floor is a single room with kitchen (washing m/c, dishwasher, electric oven etc), dining area and sitting room - plus a large fireplace for winter fires. Two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two sets of bunk beds) on the 1st floor and another bedroom on the 2nd floor. There's a shower/WC on 1st and 2nd floors. The port (selling the daily catch), cafés, market, bakers' and yacht club are all within 150 metres of the house. A supermarket is 5 mins by car and surfing/riding within 30.

On the south/east border of Scaër (Finistère) our house is located on top of a hill on rocky ground. Close to 'Les montagnes noires' and the forest of Cascadec the house is surrounded by thousands of fir trees. Rabbits, Hinds and Stags are our friendly neighbours.
