Cecile and Jean Marie are happy to present you their guesthouse installed in a traditional farm in the county of Velay. The house is situated at the foot of the Suc de Monnac, a volcanic peculiarity of the Meygal mountain, 15 km east of Le Puy. The hamlet of Monnac is lying about 400 meters further down and is part of the Saint Pierre Eynac village, located 3 km away. A short drive (2 km) can take you to the picturesque little town of Saint Julien Chapteuil, which offers all sort of amenities: shopping, tourism office.

Guests will discover our beautiful region where you can practice many outdoor activities: hiking, mountain biking, hiking with donkeys, other sports on the summer and winter resort of Estables (highest village in the Massif Central with its 1367m) , water level in Monastier on Gazeille or simply enjoy nature and tranquility. To visit nearby, including the Mezenc culmination of the Haute-Loire, Mont Gerbier Joncs with the source of the Loire, Lake Issarlès, the typical village of Moudeyres. A few kilometers, lovers of old stones will discover: - The Monastier on Gazeille with its church and former convent, castle, the viaduct Recoumène, - The city of Le Puy en Velay, capital of the Haute-Loire and architectural gem and participate in numerous cultural and musical events in the region (Festival of Brass on Monastier Gazeille first week of August).

In this haven of piece, an ancient farmhouse from 1852, 3 guest rooms originally and warmly decorated are opened from April 1st to November 11th. Guests dispose on relaxing areas under the remise or in the garden . Table d'hôtes on Thuesday and Saturday on reservation. Jams, marmelades, pastries and herb-teas are home-made and the vegetables come from the garden.
