Big room for 2 persons with private toilets and bathroom. Private lounge and small dining room at disposal. Furnished terrace. Garden with a very beautiful view on the lake and the mountains. In 10 minutes walking: lake with secured beach and pleasure port. In 10 minutes by car: Annecy and the old town. Walks in mountain and by boats, fishing, two golf courses 18 holes (Talloires and Giez), tennis, bike rental, horse riding, skiing at 15 km, museum nearby, etc. Animals accepted. The owner of the house, oenologist, if you like it, may offer you a wine tasting of Savoy or another French region.

First we would like to introduce ourselves: we are Ed and Marischka Wilhelm, a not so very young Dutch couple, who made a dream come tru: starting a Gîte in the French Alps. A Gîte is a Chambres & Table d’Hôtes (a guesthouse) where you are our guests. And to make it easy for you, we speak English.

In a charming little village between Veyrier and Talloires, on the east coast of the lake of Annecy , " la Vallombreuse ", is a beautifull manor built a the foot of Menthon-Saint-Bernard's castle during the fifteen century. One part of the property remains private. The ancient farm and barn were totaly restored. The outsides were kept authentic and the inside has all the modern comfort needed. We have five large bedrooms and one familly suite with a balcony .All our rooms have private bathroom and w.c. Our guests are welcome to rest in the gardens, in the little living room down stairs or in the big living and dining room near the fire place. They will also have their breakfast there. " La Vallombreuse " wants to be an artistique show-room for painters, sculptors, designers…

Only 15 km from Annecy and 1 km from the Lake, close to all cultural activities and sports, La Grange de Julie is a quiet and peaceful house in a garden, with spacious common areas, a big open fireplace, a piano upstairs… and the warmth and charm of a private family home. The rooms (each with ensuite bath) are comfortable, with a mixture of heirloom furniture and modern touches – and books all over the place (mostly in English : Sylvie's mother is American). .

Welcome to "La Maison des Pins". Mado and Philippe will be happy to welcome you in their house they have completely restored preserving the spirit of this old mansion. "La Maison des Pins" looks down upon the village of Saint-Jorioz located on the western shore of the lake of Annecy. The mansion belongs to the regional parkland of the Bauges.

In the center of the old town, facing Annecy castle, we propose you several rooms with shower,toilet and block kitchenette, bath, balcony or tearrce fro some of the rooms. breakfasts are served in the quiet garden.

Two rooms, with WC and bathroom, ensure you a calm stay in a picturesque place. Your entry, independent, opens with rez of roadway on space meal, where I will serve your breakfast. A library and a piano are accessible there, as well as equipment for possible picnic: chair baby, forks and spoons, kettle, furnace microwave. On reservation only, I offer with my table of hosts products of the Savoyard soil accompanied by one of our famous Vins of Savoy.

Le Nant d'Orsan is an indépendant house, between Annecy and Aix-les-Bains, in St Félix village. We have 5 beautiful rooms, a kitchen in free access, a garden and a little stream.And super breakfast !!

Chalet le Mélèze is situated less than 4 mn from the main Les Carroz telecabine and villagecentre vith its own garden

The chalet les Burdines was originally built en 1771. Surrounded by woods, meadows and facing the mountains, it is a privilegied and authentic place, with two bedrooms (alpine decor, woodcladding, ethnic decoration...), a bathroom (separate toilets) and a mezzanine with books, internet connexion, games.
