Carefully restored farmhouse built in 1819. Set in 8 acres of land with a lake on the edge of a peaceful hamlet, 5 mn drive from the St. Pardoux lake. A delightful farm with sheep, pigs, goats, geese, ducks, swans, turkeys, rabbits, chickens, peacocks and two parrots. We offer 5 bedrooms all en-suites, open log fire, central heating.An ideal place for relaxing or house-hunting just 25 mn from Limoge town center or the airport. A fantastic place for bird watching, walking, cycling, horse riding ...

We have double bedroom called the Lady Hillington room named after one of our David Austin roses, it has beautiful soft furnishing and an en suite showerroom for 50 euros per night. Also the William Lobb family suite with super king bed and en suite bathroom. Again with beautiful furnishings. There is a connecting room that has two single beds, perfect for the children. this is 90 euros for the two rooms or just 60 euros for the super knig by its self. A cotbed is avaliable on request at 5 euros per night and evening meal by arrangement:-Aperitif, starter, main course, pudding, cheeseand 1/2 a bottle of wine at 25 euros per person, children under 14 eat for 10 euros each
