This stonehouse from the nineteenth century has got a slight lifting which has preserved its charm and its architectural character. The rooms have been painted with earth-paints resembling the original paint under several layers of paint and tapestry. The house is cool in summer and tempered in the colder seasons; You will find it comfortable and will always be welcome.

The house is a 19th century bourgeois “maison de maitre” which retains many of its original features. Martin and Abigail bought the house in January 2009 and set about creating a boutique Chambres D’Hotes .

Quality local food products, preferably grown biologically, are offered for breakfast and menus. Your stay will be as you wish. Bathroom with balnéo, powerful shower. Very large garden ( 5000m2) swimming pool treated with salt and no Chlorine, Jacuzzi (capacity 6 people) many games including, badminton, area for petanque , ping pong, bicycles ,Everything was foreseen for your comfort and pleasure very peaceful area with typical french village where the only noise are "le chant des cigales"

Our beautifully renovated wine-house is situated in the middle of the wine region they call the ‘Languedoc-Roussillon’, and at the edge of the “natural reserve of the Haut-Languedoc”. A short trip of less than 25 miles takes you to the beach of the Mediterranean see; or do rather like to sunbade at the borders of the huge lake on the ‘Salagou’. You can visit us in the village called ‘Faugères’, which is very well known for his exquisite wines and his marvellous surroundings.
