La maison d'hôtes is a bed and breakfast, built in the XVII century near the castle of Thezan. It is situated on the church's squar in the medieval villge of Le Poujol-sur-Orb.Ideally situated 2 kms from the thermal spa of Lamalou-les-Bains and 4 kms from the famous "Gorges d'Héric", you are in the heart of the Natural Regional Park of the Haut Languedoc. As well as being a very tranquil place to rest it is also a place for hillwalkers and those who appreciate nature. Our hous has been carefully renovated and decorated and we have kept the original architecture. when you enter the house you will feel like you are stepping into the past with the stonewalls, arches, floorig and the pretty garden...

We offer you all year round 5 pretty rooms in our 19th century mansion, each one with character and uptodate comfort. You’ll also enjoy your breakfast on the terrace or in the breakfast room. Bedrooms can accommodate two to four persons, and we offer for free a cot (a folding bed) for children under two years. You have a direct access to our restaurant “L’ocre rouge” from your room, or other places in the area.

Chateau de Grézan, evolved from a Roman villa, subsequently it became a home to the Templar Knights, and now it is known popularly as a "miniature Carcassonne". It is listed as an Historical Monument. This private chateau is the home of Marie-France Lanson. Here guests can experience the country environment of a great nineteeth-century house and discover the pleasures of the Languedoc and that of the adjacent region of the Cathars. The chateau with its associated swimming pool, is situated in the tranquility of a formal park of some 3 hectares.

In 2002 Joan and Anders Abrahamssoncame almost by accident to Olargues, at the foot of the Espinouse mountains about halfway between Toulouse and Montpellier, and found what they'd left their native Denmark to search for: somewhere to turn into a restaurant, somewhere to apply all the food-trade expertise for which they were well-known in Denmark, above all somewhere to make people happy. You will appreciate the tranquillity of this historic setting with its large authentic bedrooms and up to date comfort, and an interior private garden where breakfast is served by summertime. Five light and large rooms, full confort, nicely decorated, wait for their guests in the Medieval Wing. As a family group, you may also rent for a whole week the Renaissance Wing with its reception rooms. Events, seminars and receptions of different sizes can be organised.
