Larzac :On the 400 hectare property where Camargue horses are bred we offer our chambres d’hotes in a building that was once the sheepfold of the 17th century château. On the edge of the village the Domaine des Clauzals surrounds a terrace : it was a 19th century farm and the building is in a typical Causse style. The land is enclosed by a wall within which our pets roam. The non-smoking rooms have a double bed and a spacious bathroom. Linen is changed regularly. Access is by the huge living room

It is listed as an Historical Monument. This private chateau is the home of Marie-France Lanson. Here guests can experience the country environment of a great nineteeth-century house and discover the pleasures of the Languedoc and that of the adjacent region of the Cathars. The chateau with its associated swimming pool, is situated in the tranquility of a formal park of some 3 hectares.
