A family guest-house for 4 persons. This house, built with chalky tufa stone, is cool in summer. You will take breakfast in the family kitchen or outside, in front of the troglodyte cellar. Monique prepares for you marmelade, cakes... Outside games for children, books, deckchairs are at your's disposition. Jean-Pierre, a metal-sculptor, can show his workshop. The Vendôme region offers a rich combination of quaint troglodyte houses, superb dwellings, pleasant excursions along the river Loir and botanical secrets to be found along the sunken paths of the Perche area. Let yourself be tempted by the many leisure activités : on foot, on horseback, by canoe... Stop off at the fortified castles of Lavardin, Montoire, Freteval and Mondoubleau. In the summer, you will appreciate the cool interiors of the churches which house some magnificent Romanesque murals. Follow the tourists route through the vineyards. Fall under the spell of the poet Ronsard and his birthplace, La Possonnière, built in the Italian Renaissance style. Visit the Loire Valley's castles ( chambord, Blois, ...)

The Chambres D'Hôtes have been furnished in a 200-year-old building, totality independent of the main house.
