The Villa Roassieux is a grand-Victorian style home built in 1900 amidst a lovely garden setting in the heart of the city (near the Congress building, the Mine School, the Theater). 3 nice, delicate and large bedrooms with all modern convenience.

Located at 30mn of St-Etienne, 45mn of Puy in Velay and 1h of Lyon, you will discover lost in the medium of the meadows, 100m of the Loire our house. The large dining room with chimney will accomodate you to taste breakfast and dine (only on reservation). You will benefit from the swimming pool glaze, of walks au.fil.de.l'.eau, splendid corners of fishings. The children will discover dwarf goats, pig, poultries, rabbits... for their greater pleasures. In landscape of woods & meadows, 4 character guest rooms in outbuilding of old Forez farm, restored by Juliette (owner and ceramic artist), using traditional and natural materials and methods (beamed ceilings, lime render, etc.). Living room with basic kitchen. No-smoking rooms. Wildlife and plants (loan of binoculars, books). Peaceful setting, no neighbours. Easy access. Hiking/cycling guides. Mostly organic breakfast with homemade bread and brioche, 25 sorts of tea, 4 or 7 homemade jams (according to the season, served in ceramic dishes created by Juliette. Fluent English and German spoken, rudiments of Catalan and Russian. Located between Saint-Etienne and Roanne.
