Welcome to Anjou, Côté Rivière Bed and Breakfast, whose origins date back to the XVII Century in the midst of a region renowned for the Loire castles and wines . It has been tastefully modernised to incorporate itself into the idealistic setting overlooking the charming Grez Neuville port and the meandering Mayenne river. The harmonisation of wood and slate with a modern refined decoration inspire a certain serenity and is enhanced with access to a private swimming pool. Janne et Francis vous accueillent sur cette ÎLE, labellisée " PETITE CITE DE CARACTERE" et inscrite au PATRIMOINE MONDIAL DE L'UNESCO, entre les coteaux de Savennières et Rochefort sur Loire et à 15 km d’Angers, 80 km de Nantes, 150 km de la côte atlantique. région Pays de Loire. On accède à l'île par un pont et à notre maison par un chemin qui dessert 6 autres maisons. La notre, orientée Sud, est la dernière au bout de ce chemin qui mène au fleuve. Notre maison, en parti sur pilotis avec sa terrasse surélevée, regarde la Loire à 30 mètres de là. Nous avons restauré cette maison dans une démarche environnementale écologiqique. Nos chambres sont les premières chambres d'hôtes a être certifiées ECOLABEL EUROPEEN (panneaux photovoltaïques sur le toit, produits du petits déjeuners bio, ampoules basse tension etc...)
