A family property, “La Giraudière” is located in the region of Anjou, at La Tourlandry, 14 km from Cholet and 40 km from Angers, at the foot of Notre Dame des Gardes, the highest point of the Maine et Loire (216 m). The house stands in the middle of 7 hectares of grounds, offering many activities : swimming, pétanque, basket-ball, ping-pong, volley ball, badminton, bike riding… siesta. Also available, are an 18-hole golf course in Cholet, and tennis courts only 2 km away.

20 meters from the Loire river, the 18 centuries housepropose 4 rooms , 3 stars Gites de France, with private privacies and shower. Terace and garden on the river. All around the house many vigneyards and cattles. Tha owner will be happy to help you for visiting.

On the edge of the Loire, in Chalonnes, 25 km southwest of Angers (Maine et Loire), Joelle and Claude Perrault would be delighted to accommodate you in their lovely angevine house of the 19th century. Their comfortable family suite (3ears of corn Gites de France) takes up to 4 persons. Table d'hôtes (evening meal) upon request. Patio and winter garden overlooking the Loire.

Janne et Francis vous accueillent sur cette ÎLE, labellisée " PETITE CITE DE CARACTERE" et inscrite au PATRIMOINE MONDIAL DE L'UNESCO, entre les coteaux de Savennières et Rochefort sur Loire et à 15 km d’Angers, 80 km de Nantes, 150 km de la côte atlantique. région Pays de Loire. On accède à l'île par un pont et à notre maison par un chemin qui dessert 6 autres maisons. La notre, orientée Sud, est la dernière au bout de ce chemin qui mène au fleuve. Notre maison, en parti sur pilotis avec sa terrasse surélevée, regarde la Loire à 30 mètres de là. Nous avons restauré cette maison dans une démarche environnementale écologiqique. Nos chambres sont les premières chambres d'hôtes a être certifiées ECOLABEL EUROPEEN (panneaux photovoltaïques sur le toit, produits du petits déjeuners bio, ampoules basse tension etc...)

“La Jousselinière” (B&B) is located in the historic site of the fortified castle “La Jousselinière”. The main residential building looks like a typical English manor. It was built in 1900.
