Millbank Chambre D’Hote is the perfect place for a tranquil and peaceful holiday, with just the cows and the occasional tractor to remind you of where you are. Situated at the bottom of Normandy and top of Pays de la Loire. There are many places of interest in the surrounding areas with the mighty Le Mont St Michel only one hours drive from our farmhouse.

Our Guest House (Bed and Breakfast) is located in the welcoming village of Saint Denis de Gastines located 15 kms from Mayenne and 6 kms from Ernée in the north of the Pays de la Loire. Our rooms are situated directly opposite the church. We have a total of three rooms.

La Loge is a peaceful, quiet retreat for a relaxing break. It has been recently renovated and is set in the heart of rural Normandy surrounded by open countryside and a host of ancient villages. Calvados is produced locally and Mantilly is called the “Pear Capital” of Normandy. (We regret no pets, no children, no smoking). Quiet country lanes make it ideal for walking and cycling. Within easy traveling distance we have some of the most interesting and well visited sights of France including Mont St Michel, Bayeux Tapestry and the Normandy D-Day Landing Beaches.

We are pleased to propose this peaceful and elegant place ideal for family events, artistic creations, seminar... Come to discover it, you will do a pleasant step if you have the good idea to discover the mayennais grove.

Attached renovated house of 55 sq m situated 1km from the village. On the ground floor, living room-lounge with fireplace and sofa bed, an equipped kitchen area (fridge-freezer and microwave) and WC. Upstairs: 2 single beds on the mezzanine and 1 double bed in a separate bedroom with 1 cot at your disposal, bathroom with WC. Barbecue and garden furniture. In a wooden annex: Washing machine, tumble drier, wash hand basin, wood for the fireplace, various games and table tennis table. Fixed-price cleaning service 25 euros. Hire of bed linen 5 euros per set for a 90 cm bed and 7 euros per set for a 140 cm bed. Household linen, towels and table linen 15 euros altogether. Monthly rental 340 euros between October and May. Wood: 40 euros per cubic metre.

La Belle Rose is a b&b, set in a quiet hamlet in the beautiful Mayenne countryside, on the border with Normandy and Brittany. It is only 20 minutes from the A84 autoroute, which links the Channel ports of Cherbourg and Caen with Brittany and the Loire Valley. La Belle Rose has five bedrooms on the upper floor, including a family suite. En-suite rooms available. On the ground floor, there is a large dining room and a comfortable lounge area for guests to relax in. The extensive landscaped gardens have a beautiful terrace for outdoor eating or relaxing, and a lake completes the idyllic countryside setting.

By the Richness and the Smoothness of Decoration and Reception, you will find in each Room all the spirit of the Countries and the Places.

A very warm welcome awaits you in our beautiful maison de maitre, in the Normandy countryside. The area is pear-growing territory, with orchards grazed by spectacled Norman cows.
