La Grange nestles in the heart of the Tarn countryside and is situated at the end of a leafy country track in the hamlet of St Martial. The property is surrounded by fields of sunflowers and vineyards set in beautiful valleys with the forests of Grésigne and Sivens close by. La Grange is adjacent to the owners' house and is completely independent. It overlooks its own new private swimming pool with roman steps and large sun terrace from which there are stunning views across the valley. There are lovely walks through the owners' woodland where you may spy a red deer or perhaps hear a nightingale or golden oriole and in the evening barn owls are sometimes seen silhouetted in the moonlight as they cross the meadow.

Located between the edge of Tarn and the Haute-Garonne, the gite Prunets is on the ground floor. Confortable in winter like in summer thanks to a nice fireplace. Terrace on pergola and barbecue will allow you to enjoy grilled meat and outdoors meals in a relaxed atmosphere.
