The Lot et Garonne is a fantastic area of South West France with great scenery and lots of places to visit and enjoy. Near all attractions and amenities for the young and older visitors. From the house a small cycle track (60 metres) leads to the new cycle track - there has recently been spent 2 million euros on this new cycle track which borders the Canal de Midi and stretches from Toulouse to Bordeaux. There are 3 sun terraces, next to large stone/stainless steel BBQ. For keen fishermen we own the land across the road steps completed down to the Garonne River.
