Converted barn, sleeps 4, beautifully decorated. Situated next to a small and quiet camping à la ferme with a shared heated swimmingpool. Nature, tranquility, a lake, 30 minutes from the beach. Rambling, fishing, golf, sightseeing.

We are situated in the heart of Le Langon, a small farming village, close to Fontenay le Comte, in a very popular french culture tourist area of the Vendee, benefiting from a warm, sunny microclimate, driven by the Gulf Stream. It's only forty minutes drive from the Atlantic Coast, where the wonderful sandy beaches await you. The medieval town of Fontenay Le Comte is close by, only fifteen minutes drive away, with plenty of quaint French lanes filled with shops & restaurants.

We shall be happy to accept you in our home of country. Every room has two double beds, the room of water and toilets are separated. You will ba able to achieve the garden to relax.

PIQUE FESSE is located in the idyllic Vienne countryside in the Poitou Charente department in South West France in the centre of a quiet hamlet yet close to the pituresque village of St Martin L'Ars. This lovely village has two bar/restaurants, village shop for everyday needs & recreational lake with beach, fishing, children's playground & boating. This property is ideally situated for those looking for a relaxing countryside holiday, yet within easy reach of both the airports of Poitiers & Limoges & close to wealth of tourist attactions including the renowned 'Circuit de Val de Vienne' motor racing circuit. Within a few paces of the farmhouse there is a network of walks & bike rides on the ' D'oc D'oyle ' (the old North to South footpath). There is certainly lots to do to please the whole family.

In the Marais Poitevin, not very far from La Rochelle (40kms), we renovated an old barn to give you a warm welcome : 2 bedrooms, family rooms are possible, sunny guest sitting room, garden with pool. Private parking
