It is conveniently situated 13km from Spa, 13km from Tournai, and only 35 minutes from Lille. The house offers 82 m² of living space, with plenty of natural light and a beautiful view of the park. It is very comfortable and well-equipped.

On the ground floor, there is a living room with a wood stove and a 107 cm TV. The open living area, spanning 44 m², includes a dishwasher, fridge-cong, WC, garderobe, and a technical room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The house also features a garden terrace with a barbecue, as well as a common park for guests to enjoy.

Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a 160x200 bed, the second bedroom has a 90x190 bed, and the third bedroom has a 100x200 bed. Each bedroom includes a wardrobe, and there is also a dresser available. The bathroom is located on this floor, along with a corridor/mezzanine attic.

The property includes indoor parking exclusively for guests. Beds will be made upon your arrival, and towels and tableware will be provided. The house also offers WIFI and is suitable for families with babies.
