Welcome to Domaine de Rhodes, an enchanting estate located on Barthelasse Island, nestled at the foot of La Cité des Papes. This historic property, originally a sixteenth-century hunting lodge and later a vineyard, exudes an irresistible charm that is steeped in centuries of history. Within our sprawling 2-hectare park, six exquisite holiday rentals eagerly await your arrival. The main house boasts an apartment for four people, adorned with contemporary flair, and a studio with delightful decorations. Meanwhile, nestled in the park near the inviting swimming pool, you will find three cozy cottages and a charming gypsy caravan, each accommodating two people. These accommodations offer a harmonious blend of comfort and simplicity, allowing you to immerse yourself in the heart of nature.

Directions

If you are traveling by car from Lyon, Marseille, or Nice, take the A7 motorway and exit at Avignon Nord (exit 23). Follow the signs for Avignon Centre.
If you are coming from Montpellier, take the A9 motorway and exit at Remoulins (exit 23). Follow the signs for Avignon Centre.
Once you are in Avignon Centre, cross the Daladier bridge and the first arm of the Rhône. Turn right towards the Barthelasse Island, but make sure to take the second right which goes down to the Rhône (road sign: CD 228). Continue along the main road alongside the Rhône for 2 miles until you reach a roundabout. Take the first exit and follow the signs for "Domaine de Rhodes" for 2 kilometers.

If you prefer to travel by train, both Avignon TGV station and Avignon Centre station are only 15 minutes away.

If you are arriving by plane, Avignon Caumont airport is a 25-minute drive away. Marseille Provence airport is approximately 1 hour away, and Nice Côte d'Azur airport is about 2 hours and 15 minutes away.
