Accommodation details: The maximum capacity of the house is 6 people. Smoking is not allowed. The house is easily accessible by foot. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, 4 gas burners, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and double sinks. The living room features a dining table with 6 chairs, a sideboard, a sofa bed, and a TV. There are 3 bedrooms: the first bedroom has a double bed (140x190), bedside table, and wardrobe; the second bedroom has two single beds (90x190), bedside table, and wardrobe; and the third bedroom has bunk beds (90x190), bedside table, and wardrobe. The bathroom includes an enclosed shower, two toilets, and two sinks. Outside, there is a private garden of 100 m2 with garden furniture.

Practical information: All necessary shops can be found in the center of Fouras, as well as in Rochefort (12km - 10 min) and La Rochelle (20 km - 25 min).

Sports and leisure activities: In Fouras, guests can enjoy 4 beautiful beaches, tennis courts (both open and covered), a sailing school for adults and children, a beach club for children, windsurfing, kitesurfing, mini golf, fishing, and picturesque hikes and bike rides. Nearby, there are swimming pools with games in Chatelaillon (10 km) and Périgny (15 km), both indoor and outdoor. Golf enthusiasts can visit the golf course in St. Laurent de la Pre (7 km), and there are also equestrian centers in Yves (12 km) and La Jarne (20 km).
