LARCHE DE NOE: This spacious vacation home consists of two connected houses, providing ample space and comfort with high-quality amenities. Located in a charming village, the house boasts a lovely enclosed garden and is just a 5-minute walk from the seaside.

The house features a separate entrance and is spread over multiple floors. On the ground floor, you will find an entrance hall, a well-equipped kitchen, two dining rooms, a cozy sitting room (40 m²), and a lounge area with a fireplace. The first floor comprises three bedrooms with six single beds and a shower room with toilets. The second floor offers two bedrooms with one double bed and three single beds respectively, along with another shower room with toilets. Additionally, there is a suite with a private bathroom equipped with a balneo bathtub.
