Located in the historically rich city of Guérande, Annex 43 is an excellent choice for those interested in exploring the medieval walk. Its convenient proximity, just 800 meters from the city center, allows for easy access to all the attractions the city has to offer.

Annex 43 provides a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The fully equipped kitchen includes a hob, fridge freezer, oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, as well as dishes and utensils. The cozy living room features a comfortable sofa, coffee table, and a television. The dining area provides a space for enjoying meals together. The bedroom boasts a plush 160 bed, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious Italian shower, basin, and a hairdryer. Additionally, there is a separate toilet.

For outdoor relaxation, guests have access to a terrace and garden furnished with comfortable outdoor seating and loungers. A plancha is also available for those who enjoy outdoor cooking. A parking space is provided for the convenience of guests, and wifi access is also available.

Annex 43 is open year-round, catering to weekend stays, overnight visits, and longer stays. Small pets are accepted upon request. During July and August, the minimum rental period is 7 nights, with arrivals and departures on Sundays. Additionally, the property accepts holiday vouchers for payment.

Séjour en août 2016. Très bon accueil des propriétaires, gîte pratique (linge, meubles, vaisselle) et décoration agréable ! Seul bémol : la chambre avec vélux reste chaude la nuit (moustiques). Solution : dormir dans canapé du RdCh :-)

Gîte très bien situé à proximité des sites touristiques. Nous avons apprécié le calme, le service ménage et la fourniture du linge changé en cours de séjour. Le prix de la location est modéré par rapport à la prestation fournie
