Complete Property Description:

We are a young retired couple, we both speak english. Alyette was a social worker and Bernard was in management of automotive industry. Our hobbies are arts, theatre, cinema and we like to get second-hand goods in flee markets. We do cycling, hiking and play golf. We will be very happy to welcome you into our house-loft, to share our time and knowledge of Paris with you.
You will live on a quite street in the heart of the picturesque 'Hauts de Belleville", in the 19th arrondissement of Paris, only 15 minutes by metro, or bicycle (vélib'), from the center of Paris.
Your room is 20 m², on the first floor, with 1 double bed and en suite washroom, refrigerator, tea and coffee facilities.
Possibiliy to sleep one, two or three additionnal people in a 25 m² adjacent room, sharing your washroom via your room. The rooms have a private access. Sheets and towels are provided. WiFi
Possibily to park a car in the garage, contiguous the house.
