Chantal and Jean-Claude warmly welcome you as their friends to their luxurious air-conditioned villa. The villa boasts a swimming pool available from April to mid-October, surrounded by a beautiful landscaped garden and a fenced park of 6300m². The park offers various games such as bowling, trampoline, ping pong, gantry, volleyball, and a playground with carousel and slide for children. Please note that parental supervision is required for the safety of the children.

The entire property, including the four-bedroom villa and outbuildings, is available for rent during the Parisian school holidays. Linen is provided, and availability can be confirmed by contacting us. It's worth mentioning that we also accommodate our children and grandchildren, so availability may vary.

From September to June, we offer guest rooms for your stay. One of the rooms is a 25m² Cezanne-themed bed and breakfast with an en-suite shower room and a private terrace. It has an independent entrance and can accommodate two additional beds if needed. The other option is a family suite with two rooms, perfect for parents traveling with children. This suite features a large covered terrace and a lounge area in the veranda.

Breakfast is included in the stay, and guests have access to our common summer kitchen for snack preparation. We are happy to provide recommendations for restaurants, hiking trails, and tours of Aix en Provence and Marseille. We also offer circuit maps for day trips.

Description for Gite

You have the opportunity to rent the entire property during school holidays or by request, subject to availability. This includes a spacious single-storey villa with four bedrooms and a living room equipped with air conditioning. The villa also features a lovely veranda, three bathrooms, and four toilets for your convenience. Inside the house, there is a fully equipped modern kitchen, and outside, there is an additional patio kitchen complete with a barbecue and plancha for outdoor cooking.

The property boasts a fantastic pool house with toilets and storage for pool and outdoor equipment. The highlight is the large swimming pool, measuring 105 m², which includes features like an integrated Jacuzzi blower, water jets, and a swimming against the current function. For relaxation, there is also a massage nozzle. The pool has a small flat bath in the triangular area and a gentle slope with a depth ranging from 1 m to 1.80 m in its rectangular section. Additionally, there is a diving pit with a depth of 1.80 m and a small ledge for easy movement around the pool. The pool heating is provided by solar panels, ensuring a pleasant temperature between 26°C and 30°C in the summer and 20°C to 25°C in the spring.

The property sits on a beautiful landscaped and enclosed park spanning 6300 m², adorned with flowers, pines, and oaks. There are also numerous games available for outdoor entertainment. Linen is provided for your convenience.

For security, the property features an electric gate with remote control and a visophone. The garden is automatically watered, ensuring its lushness and beauty.

A dedicated delegate will visit the property once or twice a week to check the pool and garden discreetly, ensuring their upkeep.

During your stay, our cat, Hérane, will remain on the premises with its supply of food and water in the garage. As a timid cat, she may not be seen much unless coaxed.

Directions

To reach Villa Victoria from Aix en Provence, head towards Toulon/Roquevaire/Aubagne by taking either Route National 96 or the Toulon/Nice highway (exit Fuveau). Continue until you reach a place called "Jas de Bassas". At the roundabout, turn right towards "Greasque", and then follow the signs pointing to "Saint-Savournin". Villa Victoria can be found at number 111 on the left side, just 30 meters after passing the "Carrosserie du Virage".
