Complete Property Description:

On the first floor, there are 8 comfortable rooms (2 to 3 persons). Furthermore, there is one very spacious room for 2 persons on the ground floor, with a cosy lounging area and an entrance to the terrace, All rooms have an en-suite bathroom and toilet. Furthermore, Manoir Bonpassage has a lounge, where you can relax after an active day. Here or on the garden terrace, we will be pleased to serve a variety of drinks; from a small espresso to a good glass of real burgundy wine. And a nice swimming pool is at your disposal.

In our small and cosy dining room, a quality ‘home cooked’ dinner is served upon reservation on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. In summer, it is possible to have dinner on the garden terrace until late in the evening.

Attractions & Facilities

The rolling hills provide excellent opportunities for trekking on foot or cycling. The roads are quiet and there are special circuits for mountain bikes. From Manoir Bonpassage, there are local trails through the direct surroundings. Near the hotel, there is a small lake, where you can enjoy a spot of sunbathing or do some fishing (fishing cards available in the village). Within a 25 km radius, there is a large choice of sports activities, such as horse-riding, minigolf, hang-gliding and tennis. And if golf is your game, there are several excellent courses within half an hour’s drive. Of course, you can also take a refreshing plunge in our swimming pool.

We will be pleased to help you organize your daytrips to renowned cultural sites in the Burgundy region, such as the famous Hôtel Dieu in Beaune, the Burgundy vineyards, the old towns of Autun and Dijon with their covered market places (les Halles). There are a lot of castles in the region, some of which can be visited. Concerts regularly take place in historical buildings or old churches. And for those who love to visit churches, you can find beautiful little romanesque churches and chapels in the surroundings as well as the wonderful cathedrals of Vézelay and Autun and the abbey of Cluny.

Directions

Via motorway A6, Paris – Beaune – Lyon

On the A6, follow direction Dijon A38/Arnay-le-Duc. Take exit Dijon A38/Autun/Pouilly-en-Auxois. Follow N81 direction Autun.

Just after Arnay-le-Duc, turn to the left (D36), direction Epinac (at Aldi supermarket).
Follow this road. In Thury, you pass the square with the church.
After approx. 100 meters, take the small road to the left (just after the Renault garage, there is a sign of Manoir Bonpassage).

Follow this road, between two old farms and alongside a small lake.
A little distance beyond the lake, you will find Manoir Bonpassage on the left.
