Welcome to Cicadas, a charming house located in the beautiful region of Ardèche, between RUOMS, Vallon Pont D ARC, AUBENAS, and Vans. Nestled in the gorges of Ardeche, this former silk stone house has been completely restored with antique materials and transformed into cozy cottages and independent studios, offering all the modern comforts you need.

The decoration, furniture, and comfort have been carefully treated to provide a luxurious and high-quality experience. Escape the daily stress and enjoy the calm, sunshine, delightful scents, and nearby rivers for a truly relaxing holiday.

Cicadas has ample space to accommodate your family reunions, friends, groups, seminars, or training sessions. You can also rent the garden furniture, patio, garden, and swimming pool for your exclusive use.

The ground floor features the "EGLANTIER" cottage with a main entrance, kitchen, dining room, lounge, two bedrooms (140x200) and (90x200), and a shower. There is also the "matured" studio with a main entrance, kitchen, dining area, lounge with a sofa bed (160x200), and a shower. Both accommodations have their own terrace with garden furniture.

On the first floor, you'll find the "OLIVER" bedroom with an entrance, hall, dining room, kitchen, and on the second floor, a landing, bedroom with a bathroom, double beds, and single and bunk beds (140x200) and (90x200). This accommodation also has a terrace with garden furniture.

Within a short distance, you'll find shops (3km), the city of RUOMS (5km), a cinema (RUOMS THE VANS), disco, bowling (Vallon Pont d'Arc), bike and motorcycle rentals, hang gliding, paragliding, and a golf course (50km away in UZES). The sea is just 100km away in PALAVAS and Avignon (80km) hosts a famous festival in July.

For outdoor enthusiasts, there are plenty of activities to choose from, such as horse riding, tennis, canoeing, hunting, fishing, rock climbing, caving, mountain biking, hiking, pony rides, horseback riding, cycling, and even donkey trekking. Additionally, you can visit spas and casinos in VALS LES BAINS, explore museums, and discover charming classified villages. If you're into adrenaline-filled experiences, there are also mechanical activities available, including quad bike circuits, karting, enduro, cross FMX, and rock climbing.
