Tennis,courts and two golf courses, 9 and 18 holes, are less than 10 kms away and there are lakes and a nautical centre, where you can fish, swim, canoe, boat hire and cruises on the River Lot and the Canal du Midi.
There are sport parks and Walibi for children , tree top assualt courses, 30 mn drive.
Sauna and Hamam, gym, retail therapy, are also nearby.
Nearest town is Villeneuve sur Lot, 15 kms.
Castles, chateaux, picturesque villages, caves, galleries, music festivals, markets are a few more things to do on holiday. The nearest village, Monclar d'Agenais, is the home of a small theatre company directed by Roger Louret, which produces several musical and theatre festivals, french cabaret evenings, throughout the year.

Directions

Arriving from BERGERAC :


- Drive through Cancon in direction of Villeneuve sur Lot

- 1 km further, follow direction St Pastour-Monclar on your right

- Drive through St Pastour and drive towards Monclar

- 400 m further, take 1st right towards Monbahus

- 100 m further, turn left, Missandre - la Tuquette and drive on for 2,8 km

- then turn right, cul-de-sac towards Missandre, 400 m, and follow electric wires on your left.


Arriving from VILLENEUVE SUR LOT


- Drive towards Eysses - Casseneuil

- When in the centre of Casseneuil
(Pharmacy, restaurant), follow direction Bergerac

- Next roundabout, follow Cancon - Bergerac

- 800 m further, turn left towards Monclar - Monbahus
- drive on for 2 km and turn right follow direction Monbahus - St Pastour
- drive on for 2 km and turn left towards Monbahus

- 200 m further, turn left (Missandre - la Tuquette) and drive on for 2,8 km

- then turn right, cul-de-sac towards Missandre, and follow electric wires on your left.


Arriving from BORDEAUX


- Drive through Marmande and follow direction Bergerac - Périgueux.

- Go pass Virazeil ; 3 km further, take right towards Puymiclan - Cancon.

- Drive until Tombeboeuf, turn left towards Cancon - Monflanquin (Circuit des Bastides et Points de vue sur le Lot).

- 2 km further take 1st right direction Montastruc (4 km).

- At Montastruc, follow the roadsign « Circuit des Bastides et points de vue sur le Lot » and Madone.

- 2 km further, in the valley, follow St Pierre de Caubel.

- 500 m further, turn right towards St Pierre de Caubel

- 50 m further, turn left and pass « Matras »

- 800 m further, cul-de-sac towards Missandre and follow electric wires on your left.
