Complete Property Description:

The house that already existed at the time of Louis XIV, was a complete ruin when we bought it in 1974. It has taken 30 years of hard work and renovation as well as a lot of courage to make it what it is today. Our efforts has been recognized by the "Gites de France" and we are now a "3 epis de charme".
You can also find us highly recommended by " Rivages des Maison d'hôtes de charme", "Le guide du Routard Provence", "Le guide Gantié", "Le petit Futé" and even the most prestigeous english guide "Allastair Sawday's Special places to Stay"and " Mountains of Europe".
Barbecue at your disposal in summertime. Possibilities of meals for more than 10 persons (exept for july and august), ask for details. For your family or business meetings, sport activities with your friends, we can receive 10/12 persons.

Mountain and water activities. Frédéric, mountain guide nationally certified, proposes you activities in the mountains that he has known for 30 years

Directions

Coming from the north (grenoble) take the direction Gap (N85 or N94) then direction Barcelonnette. It takes about an hour to get to our house from Gap.
Coming from the south (Aix/Sisteron/Tallard) after getting off the motorway A51, it takes about 45 mns to get to our house..
Via the road D 900 Gap-Barcelonette. 10 km from Lauzet-Ubaye, after passing "la frésquiere", don't turn right to Méolans village, continue 500 m on the D900 and then turn left to "les Means".
