Every detail has been taken care of to ensure your comfort during your stay. Its prime location allows for easy access to the center of Lille, just 15 minutes away by public transport or 10 minutes by car.

Our accommodation is particularly well-suited for executives on the move, business travelers, seminar attendees, exhibition participants, or those attending training sessions. For sports enthusiasts, there are scenic jogging routes around the lakes in Villeneuve d'Ascq, only 2.5km or 10km away from the apartment.
