PETIT GITEThis cozy little cottage measures 40m2 and features a private terrace with its own entrance from the road. It is west-facing and offers views of the park. Inside, the open plan living area is highlighted by a mezzanine level. The ground floor includes a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, gas cooktop, oven, cooker hood, microwave, and a 3-star fridge with a freezer. There is also a dining table, two dressers, a convertible sofa for two, and a TV. A staircase leads to the upstairs mezzanine, where you will find two double beds (140cm) and one single bed (90cm), as well as a shower room with a shower, basin, and toilet. The cottage has a nominal capacity of 2 to 4 people, but can accommodate a maximum of 5 to 7.

The garden openspace is adorned with large windows and features a beautiful mezzanine level. To get to Troyes from the east of Sens City on N60, follow these travel directions:
1. Start on N60 heading east from Sens City.
2. Look for the first village on your right.
3. Drive through the village, making sure the church and the Mairie are on your right.
4. After crossing a small bridge over the river, take a left turn.
5. Continue straight until you reach the next corner.
6. Troyes will be on your left side at this corner.
If you are coming from the Paris region, follow these travel directions:
1. Take the A5 highway heading towards Sens.
2. Follow the signs for Auxerre Troyes after exiting the A5.
3. Continue in the direction of Troyes.
4. Join N60 and follow the previous directions mentioned above.
