The charming cottage de la Lande is situated in the picturesque village of Yvetôt Bocage, surrounded by apple orchards and beautiful fields. It is conveniently located just 25 minutes away from the breathtaking beaches, approximately 20 km. Additionally, it is only an hour's drive from the vibrant city of Caen and two hours from the iconic Mont Saint Michel.

This delightful Normand cottage can comfortably accommodate up to four people, whether they are adults or children. The spacious 900m² plot of land surrounding the house offers a great opportunity for both young and old to enjoy outdoor activities or relaxed evenings by the barbecue.

Inside the house, you will find a brand-new and fully equipped kitchen, a cozy lounge area, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. The bedding is also brand new and designed to provide comfort for all ages. For your convenience, there is a cellar available to store bicycles or any other equipment.

To make the most of the lovely weather, a terrace complete with a barbecue and garden furniture is provided for you to enjoy outdoor meals or simply relax.

The rental rates for the house are as follows:
- During the high season (June, July, and August), the weekly rate is 270 EUR.
- During the low season (September to May), the weekly rate is 200 EUR.
- For a weekend getaway, the rate is 120 EUR for 8 people.
- Optional cleaning sheets are available.
