Complete Property Description:

Villa with a garden in a small village about ten minutes drive to Montpellier, a medieval town and university centre, famous for medical and agricultural institutions, yearly festivals (Printemps des comédiens, Festival de Radio France, Festival de Danse, Festival du Film Méditerranéen…).

For our guests, we have :
- “Bambou” a fully air-conditioned bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a private bathroom and toilets
- “Tinalak” a room with a 140 cm bed, a bed 90cm and a private bathroom and toilets
The place is a non smoking area. Animals are not accepted.
Pleasant garden with fresh breeze in summer under the shades of the old cypress trees or by the fishpond.
“Table d’hôte” upon reservation 24 hours in advance.

The village has medieval remnants, a château, a museum, a park, a playground, a gymnasium, tennis courts, football grounds and an equestrian centre. Nearby, there is a public swimming pool.

About five minutes walk to the countryside, bordered with vineyards…where you meet bulls, horses, pheasants, cocks, ducks and the like …to the background music of birds…or crickets!

About 20 minutes drive (15km) to the beaches, (la Grande Motte, Palavas, Carnon) and just a bit more, to sea ports like Sète, resorts like Balaruc-les-Bains, the abbey of Saint Guilhem le desert, les Grottes des demoiselles and the town of Aigue Morte from where St Louis left for the Crusades.

Attractions & Facilities

Swimming pool, tennis, manade, centre équestre, the castle and the park; The beaches are only 12km. Montpellier regional capital with its museum son musée one of the most convenient in Europe.
