This apartment is situated in a building with a shared garden. It features a spacious living room with a dining area and comfortable lounge area (including a sofa that can accommodate 2 extra guests). The fully equipped kitchen seamlessly opens up to the living room. A hallway leads to the bedroom, which boasts a comfortable bed measuring 160x200. The bathroom and separate toilet both have windows. The apartment has been recently renovated and all the furniture is brand new. Please note that this rental is only available on a weekly basis. The price ranges from 350 to 550 per week, depending on the season and the amount of electricity consumed during the heating period. The rental price includes local taxes, as well as the convenience of having the beds made before your arrival and the provision of bathroom and kitchen linen. If needed, we can also provide a baby cot, high chair, and bath upon request.

Directions

To reach the destination, there are four North/South routes (Saint Malo/Rennes) available. Another option is to arrive by TGV, with a direct route from Paris Montparnasse. Upon reaching the final approach, proceed towards the center of Saint Servan and then follow the direction towards Solidor tower. The destination, Glorioux street, is located 300 meters to the left of Solidor tower.
