20 minutes from Annecy and its beautiful Lake, La Ferme du Champ Pelaz, an impressive renovated farmhouse from the mid 19th century is on the crest of a hill in the heart of the Haute Savoie countryside.

A friendly English family, we have transformed La Ferme to create a welcoming home and we relish in sharing it with our guests.

The house has been modernised internally to offer spacious and stylish accommodation. Each of our four rooms has en-suite facilities. The chambres d'hotes rooms are delightfully furnished and most face south, overlooking the large swimming pool.

The self-catering apartment bedrooms are also en-suite.

With its exceptional landscape of lake and mountains, its cultural, sporting and games activities, friendly events and grand festivals, the Annecy area is sure to charm you ...

The region's winter sports need no introduction with the popular ski resorts of La Clusaz, Chamonix, Mégève and Grand Bornand an hour or less by car.

We have four large double or triple bedrooms, each with kingsize beds and each tastefully decorated with an individual look and style. All rooms have en-suite facilities and underfloor heating.

The Yellow & White bedrooms are normally for two people and each has a shower and washbasin en-suite. They share a toilet a few steps away on the landing.
Price - 70€ per night for two people bed + breakfast.

The Café & Green rooms are for 2 or 3 people. Both have private en-suite bath/shower rooms and toilets. The Green room is also perfect for families and can sleep four.

The apartment normally rents Sat to Sat with rates from 500 to 700 euros per week.

We have baby travel cots and other baby equipment available on request.

With so much to do from a calm and relaxing location, we think we have found somewhere just a little bit special.

Directions

BY AUTOROUTE : FROM PARIS/CALAIS etc

Leave the A40 after Bellegarde for Annecy, picking up the D1508 to Annecy, passing through Frangy and then la Balme de Sillingy, on the outskirts of Annecy.

BY AUTOROUTE: FROM THE SOUTH AND FROM GENEVA

Leave the A41 at Annecy Nord J17, take the 1st right at the roundabout - direction Chambery/Bourg en Bresse and soon after, with the airport on your left, the D1508 to Bourg en Bresse.


To get to la Ferme from the D1508 from either direction:

Leave the D1508 - the Annecy / Bourg en Bresse road - a few km outside Annecy; taking the D17 to Sillingy.

This well signed junction is between the large shopping centre on the town outskirts (Auchan is very prominent) and la Balme de Sillingy, a village on the D1508 between Frangy and Annecy.

Continue through the village of Sillingy, climbing through Lugy/Arzy and later la Combe de Sillingy. Shortly after la Combe and at the top of the hill, turn left on the D38 to Thusy.

After Sillingy, watch for our two "chambres d'hotes" signs in BLUE.

Descend past the village of Sallongy, then climb up the hill to Pesey, our little village.

At the top of this hill, turn right at the junction - look for a tiny sign to Pesey - just as the road you are on swings full left. Just before the junction, you will see a sign in blue directing you to turn right to La Ferme du Champ Pelaz.

If you start descending again, you have gone past this junction.

We are then the first house on the left with two sets of large gates, painted grey.

If you get to Thusy, you have overshot! Take the direction back to Annecy to return to Pesey.
