There are three studio rooms available. The first room is a spacious 24m² bedroom with a kitchen area and a salon featuring a comfortable sofa. It also includes a separate shower room and a WC. Additionally, there is a cozy 10m² mezzanine with a 140 cm bed. The studio offers a private terrace with garden furniture for your relaxation and enjoyment.

Description for Gite

We have two charming cottages available for your stay. Each cottage is 55 m² and features a cozy bedroom with a comfortable 140 cm bed and two bunk beds perfect for children (all equipped with new bedding). The bathroom includes an Italian shower, and there is a separate toilet. The living room combines a lounge and dining area, along with a fully equipped kitchen that includes a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave oven, an induction hob, an electric oven, a kettle, a Carte Noire coffee machine, and all necessary dishes.

Additionally, we offer a larger cottage of approximately 65 m². This cottage includes two bedrooms, one with a 140 cm bed and the other with two single 90 cm beds (all equipped with new bedding). The toilet area has a convenient walk-in shower, along with a separate toilet. The living room also combines a lounge and dining area, and the fitted kitchen includes a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave oven, an induction hob, an electric oven, a kettle, a Carte Noire coffee machine, and all necessary dishes.

During your stay, enjoy the convenience of free wifi, parking in the courtyard, and your own private terrace with comfortable garden furniture (availability dependent on the season). Please note that access to the laundry room is reserved for stays of one week or more.

To ensure a fair energy consumption, we have decided to maintain our rates without any increase. However, excessive energy consumption will be monitored daily, and if necessary, a supplement may be charged to cover the additional costs. We kindly request that pets are not brought along for your stay.

avec en prime la discretion et la gentillesse des propriétaires?

Agréable pause dans un écrin de verdure sur notre parcours de vacances. Nous avons découvert une magnifique propriété entretenue avec soin, des gîtes décorés avec goût pour une ambiance apaisante. Merci à Valérie et Marc pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur générosité.

Gîte très bien situé pour visiter la Vendée, propriétaires très accueillants, discrets. Cadre magnifique dans la campagne tout en étant proche des grandes surfaces et des restaurants. Gîte décoré avec amour, excellente literie, avec tout les ustensiles de cuisine (sauf le grille-pain) , très cosy et confortable. Séjour très apprécié. Merci à vous

To reach your destination, start by heading towards Bordeaux on the A83 motorway after reaching NANTES. Take exit N° 7 towards LUCON. Proceed through St Jean de Beugne and Ste Gemme La Plaine.
