Come and unwind in the peaceful surroundings of La Roseraie, conveniently located just 400m from La Vallee des Singes (Valley of the Monkeys) and only a 50-minute drive to Futuroscope. Our property boasts a refreshing 10m x 5m ‘Desjoyeaux' swimming pool, perfect for enjoying endless hours of summer fun.

La Roseraie is a charming 1850 Charentais stone farmhouse, featuring stunning exposed oak beams, stone and wood floors. With 4 spacious bedrooms, the house comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. Recently renovated to a very high standard, the house offers modern bathrooms, ample lounges, and a small billiard table and children's games for entertainment. Guests also have access to a fridge for their convenience.

For delightful al fresco dining on warm summer nights, we have a generously sized covered patio with a unique, traditional built-in bread oven. Additionally, garden furniture is provided for relaxation under the shade of our magnificent walnut and chestnut trees.

Location Details: La Roseraie is located 30 minutes south of Poitiers. To reach Poitiers, you can take either the A10 or N10. From Poitiers, take the fast and direct N10 towards the Couhé turn off (approximately 30 minutes). At the Intermarché supermarket, make a left turn and follow the signs leading to the village of Romagne. It is worth mentioning that we are conveniently located just 400 meters away from the famous visitor attraction, La Vallée des Singes (Valley of the Monkeys). Therefore, finding La Roseraie is extremely easy as there are signs guiding you from all around the region. Our house, La Roseraie, is situated in a small hamlet called Chez Sicault, merely 2km from the village of Romagne.
