This charming 3-star furnished accommodation is perfect for your tourism needs. It is clean and inviting, providing a comfortable stay. The apartment is fully equipped with all the essential amenities such as a washing machine, TV, coffee maker, oven, microwave, refrigerator, electric hob, extractor fan, hair dryer, ironing board, and iron.

Ideal for 2 to 4 people, it offers a cozy bedroom with a double bed and additional sleeping space on the sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom is complete with a sink, shower, and toilet. The spacious living room seamlessly connects to the dining area and kitchen, creating a wonderful gathering space.

Enjoy the outdoors on the balcony or take a dip in the pool during the summer months. Additionally, during the Christmas season, we provide a beautifully decorated Christmas tree for a festive touch.

Rest assured, sheets are provided for your convenience. Towels are available for an additional fee of 5 per person. The accommodation also offers electric heating without any additional charges during the winter.

Description for Gite

The price of the gite varies depending on the summer period. It ranges from 230 to 315 per week. For a night stay, the price is 85 without breakfast, and 105 in July/August. For a two-night stay, the cost is 140 without breakfast, and 160 in July/August. If you would like breakfast, it is available for an additional 8 per person. Please note that breakfast needs to be requested at the time of reservation, and it is not served during the week.

Directions

Our location is on road D966 along the Reims-Vervin axis, next to the highway. The exit for Autouroute A26 (also known as "the highway of the English") Reims-Calais is 20 minutes away from Lor. If you are coming from Highway E17, take the Guignicourt exit, then head towards Menneville, Neufchatel on Aisne, Evergnicourt, and finally, Lor on D966.
