Located at the foot of MONTSEGUR and PYRENEES, this garden level apartment is perfect for 3-4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. It is also suitable for people with reduced mobility, with a ceiling height of 1.95m. You can conveniently park in front of the house. Prices range from 250 to 300 per week, decreasing according to the duration of your stay. For more information, please visit LE RABAUTOIS.The apartment features a living room with a convertible (BZ) and an equipped kitchen area, a bathroom with a bath and toilet, and a bedroom with a comfortable 160 bed. Sheets are provided for the bedding.
You can enjoy the covered terrace that opens up to a closed ground of 900m2, complete with garden furniture, a barbecue, and two chairs. Pets are allowed upon request. Additionally, there is a storeroom available for your use.
The RABAUTOIS is located in the "hamlet of Rabaute," in the commune of Péreille. It is situated at the entrance of Lavelanet, on the road to Foix. The communal playground, offering basketball, football, and petanque, is just 50m away. The supermarket and Lavelanet are only 900m away.
Within the vicinity, you will find the famous Cathar castle of Montségur, just 10km away, and the Monts d'Olmes ski resort, which is 20km away.
