Richard and Chantal welcome you to "the barn", a beautifully restored residence built in 1880. The renovation has preserved the traditional local style while adding modern touches. Located on the road from Flour Saint to Aurillac, amidst the picturesque valleys of Brezons and the Siniq river, the village of LACAPELLE-BARRES sits at an altitude of 1050 meters, surrounded by green pastures, gentian flowers, and woodlands. Our accommodations offer four spacious rooms with comfortable queen beds, private bathrooms with toilets, and stunning views. We also provide TV and wheelchair-accessible facilities. Directions

From Paris, you will need to travel a distance of 457 kilometers for approximately 5 hours and 30 minutes. Start by taking the A10 and then continue onto the A71 in the direction of Clermont Ferrand. From there, take exit 28 towards Saint Flour. Once you reach Saint Flour, you will need to cover a distance of 57 kilometers, which should take around 1 hour. Head towards Acute Heats on the D921. After 10 kilometers, take the direction of Pierrefort on the D990. Once you pass Pierrefort, you will have 35 kilometers left to reach Lacapelle-Barrès. The rooms of hosts will be on your left as you enter the village.

If you are coming from Aurillac, the distance to Lacapelle-Barrès is 44 kilometers and should take around 44 minutes. Take the D920 in the direction of Rodez. After 3 kilometers, turn towards Pierrefort/Vezac on the D990. After passing through Raulhac, you will have 10 kilometers remaining to reach Lacapelle-Barrès. The rooms of hosts will be on your route as you exit the village.
