You're dreaming about Provence and the French Riviera? We are pleased to present you our holiday lodging, LE BELVEDERE, set in the countryside just outside the beautiful village of "Les ARCS sur Argens, in Provence, Cote d'Azur, France. Ou villa is independent but not isolated, in midst of a domain of 4 acres with oaks and pines, a beautiful garden with lavender, rosmarin, roses, lauriel and palms. The access road is a dead-end, and our villa is far enough from the noisy roads, secluded from the neighbours view, which made you feel in a peaceful haven.
Bernard and Brigitte welcomes you in their no smoking holiday lodging or Bed & Breakfast, with 2 rooms that share a bathroom. Occupancy limit is 3 adults or 2 adults with 2 kids. One of the rooms feature a king-size bed with direct access to the veranda. In the veranda you find table, chairs and armchairs, chanel-TV, DVD player, free Wi-Fi connection, books and games. The other room have a twin bed and authentic country style furniture with access to the terraces. Bed linen are included and if necessary, we can offer a crib and a baby chair. Towels can be rented. The bathroom has a shower, a sink wash basin and a separate toilet.
The summer kitchen is situated between the house and the pool, also just renovated, and has complete dishware set, micro wave- oven, a fridge with freezer, a stove, toaster and coffee machine. The barbecue is not allowed in july and august.
The pool measures 12m by 6.5m with depth ranging from 0.8m to 2.10m and is secured by a pool alarm and is big enough for swimming and is surrounded by terraces with lounge chairs and sunshades. The pool and its surroundings is cleaned every 2 or 3 days by Bernard, and Brigitte takes care of the garden. You are welcome to enjoy and to share the swimming pool with your hosts. The quiet and idyllic environment instantly releases your stress and makes you feel on vacation. Using the “Rosé de Provence” in our corner of paradise is not prohibited yet. The kids aren’t forgotten with a slide, a kids-house and also a “Pétanque” lane in our yard.
In July and August there is one week minimum rental. A car is absolute necessary. We offer ample parking space for car, motorbike or bikes and independent access to the rooms. All rooms are non-smoking and pets are not allowed.

Attractions & Facilities

LE BELVEDERE is located half way between the Verdon canyon and St Tropez and the beautiful villages nearby, far enough from the noisy roads but close to the beautiful beaches of Ste Maxime and St Aygulf.
The region is especially charming, everywhere you look with its colourful weekly markets and their nice villages.
Many of the vineyards that produce Côtes de Provence wines are nearby and you can visit the cellars in Les Arcs, to sample some of them, or the pretty medieval village.
In Les Arcs you can play tennis, rent cycles, all around the hills there are trails for hiking, horseback-riding, mountain biking and all water sports to do.
It is the paradise for golf, the Var has about ten golf courses to choose from within a 30 km radius, the nearest is at St Endreol.
The spectacular Gorges du Verdon are just 1 hour driving with one day visiting the canyon and the lake.
The arrival to Saint Tropez by boat and following the sail races is an wonderful experience. The nearest beaches are St Raphaël, St Aygulf, Fréjus and Ste Maxime, to catch the boat to the Islands of ‘Levant’ where you can find possibilities for diving, sailing and more, all around the year.
Salernes is famous for its wrought iron artisans and for making earthenware floor tiles.
The CANNES film festival in may is reachable by train in half an hour.
The wonderful climate with 300 days of sunshine per year.
Some TGV trains stops at Les Arcs. Nice airport is at 85 km.
