Complete Property Description:

2 units each with independant access: First floor of the Villa via external staircase (room "Lou Castellas") and standalone Annex-Maisonette (room "Les Lucioles"). Each unit can sleep upto 4 persons, each unit has a bathroom/toilet, TV, universal satellit receiver (Astra), fridge, internet Wifi, linen included.
Each unit has its own outside corner with garden table and chairs in front of its entrance. The room "Les Lucioles" has the bonus of an external covered fully equipped kitchen.

The property has a large swimming pool partially with style infinity.
15-25 minutes walk to the village. Panoramic views and surrounding nature, one can neither see or hear cars or neighbours, only the sounds of nature.

The village of Breil sur Roya lies NNE of Monaco 50 km by road. The village is in France near the Italian border, 20 km from the coast and its beaches and 35 km from the beautiful ski resort of Limone Italy. The property is close to everything the French Riviera and Italy can offer. There is a train station in the village, with connection via Ventimiglia to Nice and Monaco and other international destinations.

Rates:
€30.00 per person per night (minimum 2 persons per unit), children (<13 yrs) same room €15.00 per night, baby (<2 yrs) no charge. The rate includes breakfast.
