Peaceful and tranquil setting 500 metres from nearest neighbour but only 5 minutes from town. Character property with original features, completely refurbished and redecorated in 2004. Large south facing garden with numerous sitting areas, childrens play area and donkeys! Close to a number of France's most beautiful villages - Belcastel, Sauveterre, Najac, Conques.

Within 20 mins... enjoy the sights, sounds and smells at one of France’s largest weekly markets in the bastide town of Villefranche-de-Rouergue, catch a glimpse of the wolves at the Pradinas wildlife park, or go for a swim at the pool in Rieupeyroux or Rignac or the lake at Privezac. Within 40 minutes... spot the gargoyles at the cathedral in Rodez, sample the local wine at Marcillac, dress up for the annual medieval festival in Cordes-sur-ciel or just relax on the beach at the lake of Pont-de-Salars. Within an hour... visit the Toulouse Lautrec museum in the cathedral town of Albi, follow the pilgrim route to the magnificent Romanesque abbey at Conques or visit the vineyards of the Gaillac wine region. Under an hour and a half... drive over the spectacular Millau viaduct, visit Micropolis city of insects or marvel at the stunning setting of St Cirq Lapopie.

Directions

Directions from Rieupeyroux: Keep on the main road (D911) and turn north onto the D61 signposted Previnquieres and Complexe Sportif. You’ll pass the swimming pool on your right and about 3 kms further along the road turn left onto the lane signposted Sallevezines and Lasfonds. Go past the farms, round the S bend and we're the very last house at the bottom of the hill.
