Complete Property Description:

With its 180M² room, La Fermette de Colombey easily welcomes 9 persons .
The main room is a big "espace à vivre" with a modern and very well equiped kitchen, a large table in oak, and a warm place with sofas facing the burgond fireplace.The ground is covered with paving stones of Buxy.
The main floor has also a bedroom with a 140 size bed and a TV, entering a private bathroom(equiped for disabled people).
Going up the central oak wooden stairs the old ceiling stills shows its naturel beams.
The first floor has a first bedroom with a 16 size bed and a 90 size bed and a second with one 140 size bed and 3 beds of 90. Both have TV and a table .Then the corridor takes you to a large bathroom and separated toilets. Air conditionning is working at this floor.
Baby equipment is also available.Internet access for free.
Getting outside a big old garage will be usefull to park the cars; children can play with the slides near it and wooden garden furniture will allow to appreciate BBQ food.
Linen , towels and table colths are provided. Cleaning end of stay is included.

Directions

On Motorway A6, take CHALON SUD exit and turn right to St Marcel.
Follow Epervans direction and cross the village.
After about 2 km turn left Colombey direction to the 10th of rue des écoles.
