Our 19th century domain is located in the center of Burgundy. We offer vaste guestrooms with private bathrooms and a spacious apartment for 4 persons. All have a private entrance and open onto the spacious garden. The surroundings are many sided and we like to help you take off when exploring the region. You can join us for ‘table d’hôtes’, a meal prepared with local products. We’re real Burgundy addicts and like to share our favourite spots. As we enjoy walking and biking, we've prepared several routes and tracks. What we offer is not a hotel with check-in and check-outs, we offer to share our experience in finding the best places to visit, buy wines or have a real Burgundian treatmeal. You come as a guest and leave as a friend. We welcome children and have several facilities for them: pool, playground, trampoline.

Great stay at La Mortaise 5 out of 5 stars

Paradise for those who love the French countryside

We had an absolutely fabulous time at La Mortaise. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated; The garden lovely; Jeroen's cooking was the most enjoyable we had in our 10 days in France; However the most special things were chatting to you and our fellow guests over dinner/wine and taking the 2 1/2 day bicycle rides around the countryside. The stay was so good that we changed our plans and returned to stay and extra 2 days at the end of our holiday. I will strongly and without reservation recommend La Mortaise to all my friends here in Singapore.
