Complete Property Description:

We are situated on the outskirts of Sévignac village just a couple of minutes from the N12 so although in the middle of the countryside, have easy access to all major towns and attractions.
Sévignac has it’s own bakery, 2 bars (one with restaurant). Tennis court and close by is the
Historical site Rochereuil.

Our farmhouse has the first floor for guests with 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin), comfortable breakfast/lounge area with TV/video, various board games, cards, books etc. and tea/coffee making facilities. Large bathroom with hydro massage shower.

Our rates are 48,00€ per room per night, continental buffet breakfast included
Extra bed or cot available at 12,00€ per night
Evening meal and English breakfast extra, available on request

Child and pet friendly and welcome long or short stays. Week and weekend stays negotiable

Nature reserve and fishing at Site Rochereuil , Medeaval town Dinan for maket and sight seeing, Jugon les lacs for fishing and boating, St Malo/Dinard and beaches, swimming complexes at Lamballe and St. brieuc, all between 5 and 40 mins by car.
Nearest town for shopping and dining is Broons, 5 mins by car.

Exit RN12 (Brest-Rennes) at junction C1, Tremeur, Sevignac. Turn towards Sevignac. La Vieille Porte is 1.5 km on right, enter gates through two large fir trees.
