KERLOUAN, littoral commune of Finistere North, is located at the center Coast of the Legends, between Roscoff with the east and the Country of the River mouths in the west, with: 10 km of LESNEVEN ,35 km of BREST, 100 km of QUIMPER, 230 km of RENNES Expressway between Rennes and Brest.
With its 13 km of fine sand beaches intersected with rock solid masses and its remarkable inheritance, Kerlouan is an ideal holiday for family holidays privileging the nautical leisures.
The house, joint with that of the owners on a garden space of 3000 m²,is located at 800 m of the classified site of MENEHAM and beaches. It includes/understands five principal parts: Salon/Séjour, independent Kitchen, 3 Rooms (2 beds 2 places, 1 bed 1 place), 2 bathrooms with shower, 2 WC.
Calm house, with looked after decoration, furnished with old, profiting from a privative closed garden of 1000 m². It can accomodate a family from 5 people maximum (a baby is regarded as a person).
