In the center of Cap Sizun, not far from the Pointe du Raz : typical breton cottage of stones, completely renovated in 2000. It is located 1 km away from Pont-Croix, in a hamlet known for its architectural value. Various shops are at your disposal in Pont-Croix, a village with plenty of character, overhanging the Goyen river.
The cottage has a 300 m2 garden and a covered place, ideal for barbecues. Next to it, a laundry with toilets. The main part of it is about 75 m2 wide divided in 3 levels : on the ground floor, a kitchen/living-room with a stone chimney. On the1st floor : one bedroom with a double bed and a chimney. Next to it, a bathroom (toilets, shower, washbasin). On the
2nd floor, under the roof, there is another bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom (toilets, shower, washbasin).
You have lots of outdoor activities in the surrounding (walks along the shore, in the countryside or in the forest ; towns and villages with character ; various beaches and other sporting activities).
